Yes.
Refunds are paid back to the card that was used to make the payment. Refunds usually take 2-3 days to process and usually is credited back to your account within 5-7 days.
We try to be as flexible as possible and generally have the
following slots:
Mon- Fri: 16:30, 18:00 and 19:30
Sat & Sun: 10:00, 11:30, 13:00, 14:30 and 16:00
